PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Master of Science in Management and Analytics (MSMA) program at the American University of Armenia (AUA) is designed for individuals who want to strengthen their analytical capabilities and apply data-driven approaches to solving complex business and management challenges. Combining theory with modern analytics, the program equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to develop evidence-based solutions through real-world projects. Graduates are prepared for careers in business and management, as well as for further academic study. A distinguishing feature of the MSMA program is its strong emphasis on integrating data analytics into managerial decision-making.
MISSION
The Master of Science in Management and Analytics (MSMA) program prepares students to apply data analytics and evidence-based decision-making to complex business and management challenges. Integrating analytical methods with the core functional areas of business, the program also emphasizes behavioral and experimental approaches to organizational development and change. Through its culminating Capstone course, students employ the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program to develop practical, data-driven solutions to real-world managerial problems.
GRADUATE in DATA ANALYTICS
The Certificate in Data Analytics (CDA) is a standalone 13-credit graduate certificate designed for individuals who wish to develop advanced data analytics skills without pursuing the full MSMA degree. To earn the certificate, participants must successfully complete four required graduate courses (see the link below) with a grade of C or better in each course and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
